BMW R 1100 S-Fighter:

- KTM duke 2 headlight unit with modified lights.
- KTM 990 smr seat.
- Ducati 999 front wheel.
- Ducati 1198 rear wheel.
- spacers for front disks to fit the wheel, as well as the axel.
- adaptor for the rear wheel to fit on the bmw rear drive.
- adaptors for the yamaha goldspot radial calipers to fit on the fork.
- radial rear brake caliper.
- rear subframe.
- headlight subrame.
- full exhaust system.
- changed polished and painted origional gastank so it looks cleaner. - wilbers suspension.
- brake and clutch levers.
- hotter camshafts.
- rapid bike modul.
- top tank fearing.
- footrests and brake/shift levers.
- modified the front telelever arm (10mm shortened) fork rake 1.2 degree steeper for better turning.
- poweroutput about 112hp/ 112Nm at the back wheel.

all the aluminum parts (adaptors, footrests, levers, handels etc.) are homemade. manual machined so not CNC! also all changes to the rest of the bike are by myself.
